For the converted areas, over 85% of households are using land concentrated on one plot, gradually overcoming the situation of scattered land, small-scale production, and fragmentation, forming large fields producing in the direction of "one variety, one season, one cultivation process". Thanks to that, it contributes to reducing production costs, lowering product prices, increasing competitiveness in the market and increasing income per unit area.

The issue of planning and infrastructure development serving production has not been invested in one step ahead to create room for land concentration and accumulation.
