View of the meeting.

Delegate Ma Thi Thuy said that Report No. 599 of the State Audit shows that the amount of money that has not been collected due to the audited unit accounts for a high proportion (59%), this result shows that the conclusions of the audited unit have not been seriously implemented.

Delegate Ma Thi Thuy asked the Auditor General to explain the reasons why. At the same time, Delegate Ma Thi Thuy asked the Auditor General to clarify the responsibilities and solutions of the industry as well as make recommendations to the Auditor General to improve the effectiveness of implementing the Audit conclusions in the coming time.

Auditor General Ngo Van Tuan said that currently, the implementation of audit conclusions is of interest to agencies. Especially after the National Assembly carried out supreme supervision of the implementation of policies and laws related to practice, thrift and anti-waste. The progress and awareness of compliance in implementing the Audit conclusions are higher.

Delegate Ma Thi Thuy raised a question.

However, according to statistics, there are still more than 67,000 billion VND related to audit conclusions that have not been implemented. Of which, the cause from the audited unit accounts for 59.46%, the cause from the third party is 24%, other causes account for 16% and the group of causes of the audit account for 0.4%.

The percentage of audited units that have not seriously implemented the conclusions is still high, the reason is that the sense of responsibility of the unit has not been timely organized to implement. In addition, there is a reason that the unit is having financial difficulties; some units are still dependent on instructions from superiors; there are even units that have been dissolved or bankrupt but still need to be monitored.

The State Auditor General also proposed solutions to inspect and urge the implementation of the Audit conclusions. With the role of the Audit, in the coming time, we will continue to monitor, inspect and urge so that the audit conclusions can be implemented faster and better.
