Come to Gia Lai to see wild sunflowers on the volcano, one of the top 10 most beautiful in the world

(NLDO) - Visitors to the Wild Sunflower Week - Chu Dang Ya Volcano in 2024 will be able to attend many events and see wild sunflowers at the top 10 most beautiful volcano in the world .

On October 29, the Department of Information and Communications of Gia Lai province held a press conference to inform about the Wild Sunflower Week - Chu Dang Ya Volcano in 2024.

In previous years, the Wild Sunflower Week - Chu Dang Ya Volcano organized by the People's Committee of Chu Pah district, Gia Lai province in Ia Gri village, Chu Dang Ya commune attracted many tourists to attend.

This year, the Wild Sunflower Week - Chu Dang Ya Volcano is organized by Gia Lai province at the provincial level, aiming to introduce scenic spots, historical, cultural, sports and tourism relics in Gia Lai province to domestic and foreign tourists.

Wild Sunflower Week - Chu Dang Ya Volcano 2024 is expected to have many attractive activities.

Thereby calling for investment, gradually developing tourism types; contributing to preserving and promoting the cultural identity of ethnic groups in Gia Lai province.

In particular, introducing the image of Wild Sunflowers associated with Chu Dang Ya Volcano, which was voted by the Vietnam Record Organization Vietking as one of the top 10 most attractive destinations in Gia Lai. Chu Dang Ya Volcano was also recognized as one of the 10 most beautiful volcanic craters in the world by a British magazine (2018).

From November 6 to November 12, visitors to the Wild Sunflower Week - Chu Dang Ya Volcano will be able to participate in many exciting events such as: Attending the ceremony to receive the Vietnamese record for "The Central Highlands gong performance program with the largest number of participating artists and student actors in Vietnam"; organizing a hot air balloon release, organizing the marathon "Awakening the Chu Pah countryside - Journey connecting Mountains and Flowers"; competing to conquer the top of Chu Dang Ya mountain...

November is the time when wild sunflowers at Chu Dang Ya volcano are at their most brilliant.

Along with that, visitors will participate in many unique cultural activities such as: Traditional weaving and brocade competitions, gong performances, folk dances, New Rice Celebration...

Through that, tourists will see attractive tourism products imbued with the cultural identity of Gia Lai province.
