New orientation for the merger of the An Giang Provincial Women Entrepreneurs Association

On July 18, at the conference to review the activities of the first 6 months of 2025 and the direction of activities for the last 6 months of 2025, the Association of Women Entrepreneurs of Kien Giang province (old) and An Giang province (old) discussed the direction of merging the two associations into the new Association of Women Entrepreneurs of An Giang province.

Ms. Ho Kim Lien, Member of the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Association of Women Entrepreneurs, President of the Association of Women Entrepreneurs of Kien Giang province (old) spoke at the conference.

Ms. Ho Kim Lien, Member of the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Association of Women Entrepreneurs, President of the Association of Women Entrepreneurs of Kien Giang province (former) and Ms. Huynh Thi Ri, Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Association of Women Entrepreneurs, President of the Association of Women Entrepreneurs of An Giang province (former) attended the conference.

The conference announced the list of expected personnel to join the new Executive Committee of the An Giang Provincial Women Entrepreneurs Association, consisting of 48 people, and the Standing Committee of the Association, consisting of 13 people.

In the first 6 months of 2025, the Association of Women Entrepreneurs of the two provinces had many practical and effective activities. The Association of Women Entrepreneurs of Kien Giang province (old) has 90 members, successfully organized the congress for the 2025-2030 term; contributed to social security with a total budget of nearly 3 billion VND...

The An Giang Province Women Entrepreneurs Association (old) currently has 128 members, of which 98.4% are business leaders. The Association organized more than 10 training courses, seminars, and training courses on digital transformation, branding, information security, participated in domestic and foreign investment and trade promotion events; built "Warm Houses of Love" and "Warm Houses of Borders"; and established the Thoai Son Women Entrepreneurs Club.
