Delegation of Tuyen Quang province visited and encouraged staff of the Vietnamese Embassy in Chile

On the afternoon of September 12 (Chile time), within the framework of a working trip to Chile, a delegation of Tuyen Quang province led by Mr. Vuong Ngoc Ha, Vice Chairman of Tuyen Quang Provincial People's Committee, and other members of the delegation visited and encouraged staff of the Vietnamese Embassy in Chile.

Comrade Nguyen Viet Cuong, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Vietnam to Chile, expressed his joy at welcoming the delegation of Tuyen Quang province in the capital city of Santiago, Chile.

Talking with the Ambassador, Mr. Vuong Ngoc Ha, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, expressed his respect and joy at visiting and meeting with the Ambassador and the Embassy staff in Chile, a distant country in the South American region.

He also quickly informed the Ambassador about the results of implementing the two-level local government when completing the merger of Ha Giang province (old) and Tuyen Quang province as well as the socio-economic development situation of Tuyen Quang province.

Particularly introducing the potentials and needs to attract investment and development in various fields, especially tourism and geological research, conservation and development of the UNESCO global geopark Dong Van Stone Plateau.

At the same time, it is hoped that in the coming time, through the introduction and connection of the Vietnamese Embassy in Chile, Tuyen Quang province will be able to contact and work with partners and investors in Chile and promote investment attraction, economic, social and tourism development of the province.

Comrade Nguyen Viet Cuong, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Vietnam to Chile, highly appreciated the results of Tuyen Quang province's implementation of its tasks in implementing a two-level government according to the Central Government's policy, and affirmed that he will strengthen connections and introduce Tuyen Quang province to investors and partners in Chile, contributing to promoting investment attraction and development in the locality.

On the same day, the delegation of Tuyen Quang province also visited, offered flowers and reported the results of the working trip at the statue of President Ho Chi Minh at Ho Chi Minh Park in Santiago city, Chile.
