Saigon Post and Telecommunications Services Joint Stock Company was also the unit that was at the top of the list of late social insurance payments in Ho Chi Minh City many times until the period when the real estate market in Ho Chi Minh City froze, many real estate and construction businesses encountered difficulties.

According to Ho Chi Minh City Social Insurance, by the end of the second quarter of 2024, the number of people participating in compulsory social insurance in the city was more than 2.5 million people; the number of people participating in voluntary social insurance was more than 39,000 people.
In the first 6 months of the year, the City Social Insurance has organized inspections and audits of 917 units. Through inspections and audits, it was recorded that many units using labor were late in paying social insurance, requiring immediate correction at the time of inspection and audit of 52 billion VND.
