This is a very special moment for the people of Ba Long in general and my wife and I in particular when the two old communes Trieu Nguyen and Ba Long became “one family”. On Mr. Hien and Ms. Linh's special day, they also received active support from the commune leaders and staff of the Public Administration Service Center.
