Next, comrade Nguyen Van Phong and the delegation visited and presented gifts to war invalid Lai Xuan Doan (disability rate 37%), born in 1950, currently living at address 2, lane 56, Vo Van Dung street (Dong Da ward). Mr. Lai Xuan Doan is currently working in the locality, as Secretary of Party Cell 10 (Dong Da ward).

On behalf of the city's leaders, Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee Nguyen Van Phong kindly inquired about the health and living conditions of the families and expressed deep gratitude for the great contributions of families of policy beneficiaries and war invalids in the struggle for independence and freedom of the Fatherland.

Comrade Nguyen Van Phong hopes that war invalids and families with meritorious services will continue to live happily and healthily, always be shining examples of courage and sacrifice for the younger generation to learn and follow; actively participate in emulation movements, join hands with the Party Committee, government and political system to build the locality and the capital to develop more and more.
