The city's goal is to complete the declaration and installation of communication equipment with 100% of establishments in 126 communes and wards.

Initial implementation results show that the Command Information Center connecting the communication system, reporting fire prevention and fighting incidents is built with modern and synchronous equipment. Reports are automatically recorded, located, and transferred to functional forces according to the division, minimizing delay time. At the same time, the system provides remote command support features, transmitting images and data to serve combat operations. Through trial operation, the system operates stably, contributing to improving the efficiency of receiving and processing fire reports.
