Comrade Tran Hong Thai, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Council attended the 1st Ninh Gia Commune Party Congress

The congress also had the participation of 139 official delegates from 18 party cells and grassroots party committees, representing 311 party members of the entire commune Party Committee.

Delegates attending the Congress heard a report on the results of the first session which took place on the same morning.

Speaking at the opening of the Congress, comrade Tran Nhat Huy, Secretary of the Commune Party Committee, informed: During the past term, with the close and timely leadership of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, the Provincial People's Council, the Provincial People's Committee, the support of the provincial departments, branches and sectors, and of Duc Trong district in the past, along with the efforts and striving of the Party Committee, government and people of Ninh Gia commune, most of the targets on socio-economics, national defense, security, Party building, and political system building were completed; many important targets and tasks were implemented to ensure progress.

Comrade Vo Huu Xuan - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Commune People's Committee, reported that there are still some shortcomings and limitations. The Congress has seriously acknowledged and analyzed the causes, proposed solutions to overcome them, and at the same time built specific directions and tasks to implement in the coming term. — Comrade Vo Huu Xuan, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Commune People's Committee, presented a political report at the Congress.

However, in addition to the achieved results, there are still some shortcomings and limitations. The Congress has seriously acknowledged and analyzed the causes, proposed solutions to overcome them; at the same time, built specific directions and tasks to implement in the coming term.

Speaking at the Congress, comrade Tran Hong Thai, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, emphasized: The Ninh Gia Commune Party Congress took place when our country had reached the limit of the old development model and was entering a new era with the determination to overcome the current development threshold.

Ninh Gia commune is one of the few localities that is kept intact during the administrative unit arrangement process, helping the commune have the opportunity to take advantage of its own advantages in the 2-level local government model.

Keeping the administrative boundaries intact helps the commune focus all its efforts on promoting the inherent strengths of the locality; at the same time, it can directly receive and handle many types of documents for people and businesses with reasonable scale and geographical distance.

Comrade Tran Hong Thai acknowledged the outstanding results of the commune in the past term. At the same time, he suggested that the Congress and the Ninh Gia Commune Party Committee focus on a number of key tasks, such as: Quickly stabilizing the organization, building a united bloc within the entire Party Committee; overcoming the development threshold with breakthrough thinking and action; creating a foundation for sustainable development in the new era; building a pioneering Party Committee in the new era; strengthening national security and defense.

Also at the Congress, delegates listened to a number of presentations on experiences and effective methods in implementing the Party Committee's tasks, and proposed solutions to contribute to improving the quality of leadership and direction of the Party Committee in the coming time. At the same time, delegates voted to approve important contents in the draft Resolution of the Congress.

Previously, according to the decisions announced by the Provincial Party Standing Committee, the Ninh Gia Party Executive Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term consisted of 20 comrades, and the Commune Party Standing Committee consisted of 6 comrades. Comrade Nguyen Tran Nhat Huy, Deputy Director of the Department of Finance, was appointed to hold the position of Commune Party Secretary; comrades Nguyen Vuong Tuyen, Secretary of the Ninh Gia Commune Party Committee (formerly) and Vo Huu Xuan, Vice Chairman of the District People's Committee, held the position of Deputy Secretary of the Ninh Gia Commune Party Committee.
