On September 28, Prime Thai Nguyen Company organized the handover of apartment ownership certificates to 34 residents in tower A1. This was the second handover of "pink books", increasing the number of households receiving ownership certificates to 55/188 households.

The Prime Twin Towers, invested by Prime Thai Nguyen Company, consists of two large-scale buildings, building A1 is 26 floors high with 188 luxury apartments; building A2 is 17 floors high, is a hotel and rental housing block meeting 5-star standards. The project is built on a total floor area of ​​60,000m2, with a total investment of over 1,000 billion VND, from the enterprise's capital and bank loans.

To date, the Prime Twin Towers have met all the conditions for handing over ownership. Previously, on July 12, Prime Company also publicly organized legal procedures, handing over ownership to 21 households living here.
