According to the Hanoi People's Committee, there are many landslides on the dike lines in Chuong My district. Specifically, the landslide point on the right dike line of Bui in the communes of Tan Tien, Hoang Van Thu, Tot Dong, My Luong has a total length of about 875m. In addition, there is also a situation of water leakage through the culvert body at 3 locations in My Luong commune.
In addition, there are 9 locations in the communes of Hoang Van Thu, Nam Phuong Tien, and Tan Tien where the dike slope, dike body, and dike surface of Bui 2 dike line have been eroded, with a total landslide length of about 600m.

Landslide on the left bank of Bui River in Xuan Mai town, Dong Phu commune. Landslide on the right bank of Bui River in Thuy Xuan Tien commune, Hong Phong commune with a total length of 1,620m.
The landslide dike area in Quoc Oai district has warning signs and barriers.
Hanoi People's Committee said that the incidents of landslides on the dike slopes, dike bodies, and cracks on the right dike lines of Bui, Bui 2, and Go Khoam, and landslides on the banks of the Bui River in Chuong My district have increased in width, depth, and length during the storm. This poses a risk to the safety of the dikes, directly affecting the safety of people and vehicles participating in traffic.
The Hanoi People's Committee assigned the Chuong My District People's Committee to preside over and coordinate with the Department of Irrigation and Natural Disaster Prevention and Control to maintain warnings and implement measures to ensure safety for the dykes. At the same time, ensure the safety of people and property of people living along the river, people and vehicles participating in traffic on the dyke in the landslide area.
In addition, it is necessary to continue to organize first-hour handling according to the 4-on-the-spot principle, implement appropriate reinforcement measures and closely monitor incident developments.
The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development proactively coordinates with the People's Committee of Chuong My district to closely monitor landslide developments and implement appropriate reinforcement measures to limit the development of incidents.
Previously, the Hanoi People's Committee also issued a decision to declare an emergency situation of landslides on the right bank of the Day dike in Quoc Oai district and issued an order to build urgent works to prevent landslides. Accordingly, the location of landslides on the upstream of the right bank of the Day dike is in the range of K8+500 ÷ K8+600, K15+480 ÷ K15+600, K18+000 ÷ K18+150 in the communes of Sai Son, Dong Quang and Tan Hoa, Quoc Oai district.
