Hanoi: Budget revenue in 9 months reached 97.3% of estimate

The above information has just been announced by Hanoi City Statistics. Of which, domestic revenue is 471.5 trillion VND, reaching 97.7% and increasing by 32.9%; revenue from crude oil is 2.1 trillion VND, reaching 50.1% and equal to 76.3%; revenue from import-export activities is 26.1 trillion VND, reaching 95.5% and increasing by 32.3%.

Some main revenue areas in domestic revenue in the first 9 months of 2025: Revenue from the state-owned enterprise sector achieved 57.9 trillion VND, reaching 71.9% of the annual estimate and decreasing by 3.2% compared to the same period in 2024; the foreign-invested enterprise sector achieved 25 trillion VND, reaching 82.3% and increasing by 8.7%; the non-state enterprise sector achieved 99.9 trillion VND, reaching 94.3% and increasing by 37.3%; personal income tax achieved 47.9 trillion VND, reaching 95.8% and increasing by 25.8%; land use fee collected was 82.8 trillion VND, exceeding 72.6% and increasing by 2.6 times...

Also in the past 9 months, local budget expenditure is estimated at VND 89.3 trillion, reaching 48.7% of the annual estimate and increasing by 34.1% over the same period in 2024. Of which, development investment expenditure is VND 38.2 trillion, reaching 37.3% of the estimate and increasing by 32.8% over the same period in 2024; regular expenditure is VND 51.1 trillion, reaching 70% and increasing by 35.2%.

Some major expenditure areas in the local budget's regular expenditure include: Education, training and vocational training expenditure is estimated at 17.6 trillion VND, reaching 69.7% of the estimate and increasing by 28% over the same period last year; economic activity expenditure is 7.7 trillion VND, reaching 59.5% and increasing by 30.9%.

State administrative management expenditure was 11 trillion VND, reaching 97.4% and increasing by 70.3%; social security expenditure was 5.2 trillion VND, reaching 74.6% and increasing by 45%; health , population and family expenditure was 2.8 trillion VND, reaching 69% and increasing by 14.7%; environmental protection expenditure was 2.2 trillion VND, reaching 69.8% and increasing by 31.6%.
