As one of many model gardens in Tho Xuan district that brings clear economic efficiency, previously, Mr. Tran Van Hung's family, Xuan Phu commune only planted trees spontaneously, without specific planning, productivity and product quality were still low. In 2019, his family converted 0.5 hectares of rice land to grow clean vegetables in an organic direction, using natural organic fertilizers and biological pest management methods. Thanks to the application of drip irrigation technology and a closed management system, Mr. Hung's family's vegetable garden has high productivity and outstanding quality of clean vegetables, consumed in large markets such as Hanoi and neighboring provinces. When participating in the model garden, Mr. Hung also used organic fertilizers and biological pest management methods, the crop yield and income of his family have increased significantly, reaching an average of about 200 - 300 million VND per year, many times higher than when growing rice before.

In Nhu Thanh district, the model garden of dragon fruit and orange has created higher economic value. Many garden owners have converted from traditional crops such as corn and rice to fruit trees and medicinal plants. Ms. Nguyen Thi Ly, one of the pioneers in Mau Lam commune, has converted 0.7 hectares of her family's corn land to red-fleshed dragon fruit since 2018. Thanks to the application of advanced care techniques and organic fertilizers, her dragon fruit garden produces large, beautiful, sweet fruits. Ms. Ly's dragon fruit products bring her family a stable income of about 250 million VND per year, creating seasonal jobs for many local workers.

Model gardens often apply organic farming methods, minimizing the use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides, thereby minimizing soil, water and air pollution. In particular, model gardens grow clean vegetables, people prioritize the use of sustainable farming methods, thereby helping to keep the soil and water clean. This not only creates a better living environment for the community but also helps protect the health of people and consumers, because the products do not contain toxic chemicals.

Not only bringing high economic efficiency to the people, the model gardens also contribute to environmental protection, building a green - clean - beautiful countryside. The image of green, clean and beautiful gardens, products with guaranteed quality not only increase the value of the products but also create new vitality for the countryside and improve the quality of life of the community.
