As a result, Mr. Ngo Duc Thuc was directly involved in the incident; at the same time, he was "involved" in a number of violations and shortcomings in the operation and management of the school's revenue, expenditure and finances.

Based on regulations, the Department of Education and Training issued a disciplinary warning decision against Mr. Ngo Duc Thuc.

On the afternoon of October 2, the Disciplinary Council of Hai Ba Trung High School also decided to issue a disciplinary warning to Mr. Nguyen Duc Phong, head of the national defense physical education group of Hai Ba Trung High School.

Mr. Phong was the one who used his hands and words to "chase" Ms. Ho Thi Tam (literature teacher) out of the class, in front of the students. Ms. Ho Thi Tam was criticized and did not receive any form of discipline.
