Young Entrepreneurs Association with social security activities

Along with promoting connections and mutual support in production and business, creating jobs for workers and increasing revenue for the budget, the Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association has actively participated in social security, humanitarian and charitable activities.

The Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association visited and presented gifts to Vietnamese Heroic Mother Hoang Thi Hanh in Van Lung commune, Phu Tho town.

The Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association (YEA) currently has over 200 members participating in production and business activities in many industries such as banking, construction, interior design, supermarkets, logistics, etc. Along with production and business activities, during the COVID-19 pandemic, the association members donated and accompanied the Party committees and authorities at all levels in the work of preventing and fighting the pandemic with an amount of over 20 billion VND.

From 2022 to present, the Association and its members have organized and participated in many social security and humanitarian charity programs in many diverse and rich forms such as caring for and helping families with preferential policies, war invalids, sick soldiers, and people with meritorious services to the revolution; supporting capital and materials for production, giving savings books to poor households, newly escaped-poverty households, and union members in difficult circumstances; building charity houses, organizing volunteer activities, supporting livelihood models for poor women, sponsoring charity cakes, Tet for the poor, the "Heart for Children" program; free internet for the education sector, supporting the application of remote medical examination and treatment technology, encouraging learning and talent, voluntary blood donation... with a total budget of over 18 billion VND.

Teacher Nguyen Hong Duong - Principal of Dao Xa Primary School, Dao Xa Commune, Thanh Thuy District said: "Every year, businesses and entrepreneurs in the area have accompanied the school with rewards to encourage and provide timely support to excellent students and students in difficult circumstances, helping them have more motivation to strive to study well... Recently, the Provincial Association of Young Entrepreneurs donated classrooms with 15 computers, desks and chairs and auxiliary equipment to the school so that students can have better learning conditions, access new sources of knowledge, contributing to improving the quality of teaching and learning at the school."

The Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association awarded the Red Scarf house construction logo to a student's family in difficult circumstances in Tan Son district.

Identifying the implementation of social security and participation in humanitarian and charitable activities as demonstrating the social responsibility of enterprises, many enterprises consider the implementation of social security as part of corporate culture.

Mr. Mai Thanh Chung - Chairman of the Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association said: “In the period of integration and development, participating in social security activities and humanitarian charity programs is becoming more and more important for businesses. Reputable businesses not only have the right development strategies and good business operations, but also have to be responsible and dedicated to the community. Realizing that, businesses and young entrepreneurs actively participate in social security, humanitarian and charitable activities, not only helping businesses demonstrate their reputation but also demonstrating good culture, while helping to exploit and develop potential markets, bringing businesses to new steps forward.

In the coming time, the Provincial Association of Young Entrepreneurs will continue to mobilize businesses and entrepreneurs to actively accompany and participate in social security, humanitarian and charitable programs and activities, contributing to sustainable poverty reduction, new rural construction, and local socio -economic development.
