Walker S2, a humanoid robot, is attracting attention at the World Robot Conference 2025 taking place in Beijing, China, where 50 manufacturers unveiled their latest full-body-sized designs.

At the event, a large crowd gathered to admire the demonstration of Walker S2, UBTECH's latest humanoid robot, the first of its kind to be able to replace its own battery. This means the robot can operate continuously without interrupting industrial operations.

Taking place from August 8-12 in the Beijing Economic -Technological Development Zone, also known as Beijing Electronics Town, the 2025 World Robot Conference is held under the theme of “Making Robots Smarter, Making Physical Bodies Smarter.”

This five-day conference includes forums, exhibitions, competitions and networking events with the participation of about 200 leading robotics companies from around the world, displaying more than 1,500 products./.
