According to the plan, the General Department of Logistics and Technology will distribute dry food to people at 6 locations, including: No. 61 Tran Phu; Le Truc flower garden; Nui Truc - Kim Ma intersection; Hanoi train station; Ong Ich Khiem flower garden; Ly Tu Trong flower garden. The distribution time to serve people is from 3:00 p.m. on September 1 to 5:30 a.m. on September 2.
