Over the past nearly 75 years, the friendship between "both comrades and brothers" has been cultivated by generations of leaders of the two countries and has become a valuable common asset of the two Parties, Governments and peoples.
Vietnam always attaches importance to strengthening and developing friendly and cooperative relations with China, considering this a consistent policy, an objective requirement, a strategic choice and a top priority in its foreign policy.

In particular, with the third content "deeper substantive cooperation", cultural cooperation is a prominent highlight in bilateral relations in recent times.
In the coming time, the two countries will continue to promote cooperation, closely and effectively connect, organize state and people-to-people exchange activities, and coordinate to effectively implement the Vietnam-China Cultural and Tourism Cooperation Plan for the 2023-2027 period, contributing to concretizing the new contents of the Vietnam-China relationship that the leaders of the two Parties and two countries have agreed on.
Ambassador Pham Thanh Binh believes that, with the attention of the Government, the support of relevant agencies and the efforts of the business communities of the two countries, cultural and tourism cooperation activities will increasingly develop in the spirit of "close connection; harmonious coordination; extensive cooperation; inclusive, comprehensive; effective and appropriate", contributing to consolidating and developing friendship and enhancing understanding between the people of the two countries.
Secretary General of the China-ASEAN Center Shi Zhongjun said that China and Vietnam are located in a geographical location with mountains connecting to mountains, rivers connecting to rivers, and cultural similarities.
Under the guidance of the two countries' leaders and the China-Vietnam Joint Statement, the two sides continue to deepen the comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership, and are determined to promote the building of a China-Vietnam Community of Shared Future of strategic significance.
The two countries have always persistently viewed and developed bilateral relations from a strategic and long-term perspective, regarded each other's development as their own opportunity, adhered to the principles of long-term stability, looking towards the future, good neighborliness and comprehensive cooperation, in the spirit of good neighbors, good friends, good comrades and good partners, and continuously promoted mutually beneficial cooperation between the two sides towards higher-quality development.
Mr. Shi Zhongjun emphasized that the event on the evening of September 21 was an event for friendship. The Ambassador hoped that through many cultural dialogues and artistic resonances, mutual understanding between the Chinese and Vietnamese people could be further promoted, and at the same time, strength and sustainability could be added to the friendly cooperation between China and ASEAN.
