Instructions on tax exemption and reduction for individuals, business households and enterprises damaged by storms and floods

Individuals and businesses affected by storms and floods will receive reductions in personal income tax, special consumption tax and resource tax.

The General Department of Taxation has just issued Official Dispatch 4062/TCT-CS guiding tax reduction for people and businesses after storms and floods in 26 provinces and cities: Quang Ninh, Hai Phong, Thai Binh, Nam Dinh, Hoa Binh, Lao Cai, Yen Bai , Son La, Lai Chau, Dien Bien, Ha Giang, Cao Bang, Bac Kan, Thai Nguyen, Tuyen Quang, Phu Tho, Vinh Phuc, Lang Son, Bac Giang, Bac Ninh, Hai Duong, Hanoi, Hung Yen, Ha Nam, Ninh Binh and Thanh Hoa.

Individuals and businesses affected by storms and floods will receive reductions in personal income tax, special consumption tax and resource tax.

Businesses damaged by storms and floods will receive reductions in value-added tax, corporate income tax, special consumption tax, resource tax and non -agricultural land use tax.
