J&T Express supports young people in developing their career skills

After a period of implementing the "Internship - Resource Creation" program since 2022, helping young people quickly get acquainted with the office environment and develop their professional capacity, J&T Express has recorded many important milestones.

According to statistics of J&T Express Vietnam, in the first recruitment round, the program attracted more than 40 interns at the head office. After a short time, 30% of the total number of interns in the first round became official employees of the company.

Thanks to the success of the first season, since 2024 the program has been expanded to most offices and branches across the country, attracting hundreds of students to participate.

Then, in the first 6 months of 2025 alone, there were more than 300 interns at the company's offices, continuing to affirm the program's position and reputation in training and developing young human resources.

Here, interns not only learn theory, but also have the opportunity to directly participate in work and real projects in departments. Through this, students are trained in working skills, problem-solving thinking and develop confidence when entering the business environment.
