Opening of the 9th Thanh Hoa Province Vocational Education Teachers' Conference

On the morning of September 16, the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs (DOLISA), in coordination with relevant agencies and units, organized the opening ceremony of the 9th Thanh Hoa Province Vocational Education Teachers' Conference in 2024.

Attending the opening ceremony were comrade Dau Thanh Tung, Provincial Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Mr. Hoang Ngoc Trung, Deputy Director of the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, Head of the Organizing Committee of the Teaching Conference, emphasized: The teaching conference is organized as a practical activity, aiming to concretize the guiding viewpoints and policies of the Party and State, the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee. At the same time, it is a professional activity with a widespread movement nature, contributing to promoting the emulation movement of good teaching and good learning.

In addition, the Vocational Education Teachers' Conference is also a forum for teachers to demonstrate their capacity, enthusiasm, and share new knowledge, experience, and teaching methods. The conference is like a vivid and colorful picture, a book collection summarizing valuable experiences in terms of content, methods, and forms of organizing vocational training according to a new mindset and a new approach to "teaching what businesses, the labor market, and society need".

This is also an opportunity for vocational training institutions in the province to exchange and share experiences in organizing, operating and managing vocational training activities. Through the conference, state management agencies and leaders of vocational training institutions can have a more comprehensive and objective view of the capacity and qualities of the vocational training teachers. From there, they can develop a training and development plan to improve the quality of the teaching staff... The conference is also an opportunity to select outstanding teachers of each profession to represent the province's vocational training teachers to participate in the upcoming national conference.

Performance at the opening ceremony

The lecture conference will take place over 4 days, from September 16 to 19, 2024, with the participation of 67 teachers from colleges, intermediate schools, and vocational education and continuing education centers in the province.

Comrade Dau Thanh Tung, Provincial Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; representatives of leaders of provincial departments and branches presented souvenir flags to units participating in the lecture.

Accordingly, teachers will conduct lectures in 9 groups of industries and occupations, which are popular industries and occupations with great human resource demand, in line with the development trend of modern science and technology, in the following fields: health; engineering, electricity, electronics and telecommunications, mechanical engineering and mechanical engineering; computers and information technology; hotels, restaurants; mechanical engineering technology, driving; agriculture, forestry and fisheries; fashion ; accounting - auditing.

The lectures at the Conference are conducted in 3 lecture formats: theory (45 minutes), practice and integration (60 minutes).
