Opening of the preparatory session of the 1st Dong Nai Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030

On the morning of September 29, the 1st Congress of Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030, held a preparatory session, with the participation of 450 officially convened delegates, representing more than 131,000 party members in the entire Provincial Party Committee.

Attending the Congress were: Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Dong Nai Province Vu Hong Van; Alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Ton Ngoc Hanh, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vo Tan Duc, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dong Nai Province Huynh Thi Hang; Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee Thai Bao along with members of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, members of the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee and delegates attending the Congress.

At the preparatory session, the Congress elected the Congress Presidium consisting of 15 comrades; the Congress Secretariat consisting of 3 comrades and the Delegate Qualification Examination Board consisting of 4 comrades. Accordingly, 100% of the delegates voted unanimously to approve the list of the Congress Presidium, the Congress Secretariat, and the Delegate Qualification Examination Board to attend the 1st Dong Nai Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030.

The Congress elected the Congress Presidium, the Congress Secretariat and the Delegate Qualification Examination Board consisting of 4 comrades.

The preparatory session of the Congress also approved the Program, rules and regulations of the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030; announced the division into 5 discussion groups (each group has 90 delegates) and the discussion location. At the same time, discussed and contributed opinions to the draft documents of the 14th National Congress of the Party.

On the morning of September 30, the 1st Congress of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030, will officially hold its session. This is a significant political event, marking a new development stage in the process of building and developing Dong Nai comprehensively, sustainably and modernly.

Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee Thai Bao presided over the election of the Presidium, Secretariat, and Qualification Examination Committee of delegates attending the Congress.

This is not only a time to look back at the achievements of the past term, but also an opportunity for the entire Party Committee, government and people of Dong Nai province to shape a strategic vision, arousing the aspiration to rise strongly in the next term and the following terms.

The congress has the theme: "Building a clean, strong, united, disciplined and responsible Party and political system; ensuring national defense - security and border sovereignty; mobilizing and effectively using all resources, developing a green, prosperous, civilized and modern Dong Nai province".

With the motto "Solidarity - Pioneering - Breakthrough - Integration - Development", the congress affirmed the spirit of solidarity, promoting potential and advantages after the merger, determined to achieve double-digit growth, building Dong Nai to develop green, strong, civilized, modern, and together with the whole country entering the new era.
