This is part of a series of activities to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the establishment of Naval Region 5 (October 26, 1975 - October 26, 2025), contributing to ensuring the health of soldiers, people, policy beneficiaries, and people with meritorious services to the revolution in the area, thereby enhancing solidarity between soldiers and people.
At the Nam Can Commune Health Station, Ca Mau Province, the Working Group, Brigade 175 examined and provided free medicine to more than 300 people who are policy beneficiaries, people with revolutionary contributions, and lonely elderly people. Most of the people mainly suffered from diseases of the digestive tract, cardiovascular system, bones and joints, skin diseases, etc.

In addition, the delegation also advised people about their health status to have treatment directions as well as access to medical examination and treatment services; combined with propaganda, guiding people to live hygienically, measures to prevent malaria, dengue fever, ensure health, handle common diseases, and clean and prevent epidemics in living places.

This is a meaningful activity, expressing the sentiments, responsibilities and ethics of "When drinking water, remember its source", "Repaying gratitude" to policy beneficiaries, people with revolutionary contributions, and people in remote areas. Thereby, contributing to ensuring the health of compatriots, consolidating and strengthening military-civilian solidarity, implementing well the military rear policy, and building a solid national defense posture.
