The Politburo and the Secretariat assigned the Central Organizing Committee to urgently advise the Politburo and the Secretariat to issue decisions appointing Party Committee personnel for the 2025-2030 term.

On September 12, Standing member of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu signed and issued Conclusion 191 of the Politburo and Secretariat on continuing to strengthen leadership and direction in organizing party congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party.

The Politburo works with the Government Party Committee Standing Committee on documents and personnel plans for the congress for the 2025-2030 term.

According to Conclusion 192 of the Politburo, at the meeting on September 12, after listening to the report of the Party Central Committee Office on the preparation for the congresses of Party Committees directly under the Central Committee towards the 14th National Congress of the Party, the Politburo and the Secretariat basically agreed with the report; at the same time, they assessed that Party committees and organizations at all levels had led and directed the organization of grassroots and upper-level Party Congresses, prepared documents and prepared for the congresses of Party Committees directly under the Central Committee, and the 14th National Congress of the Party on schedule, according to the set goals and requirements.

The Politburo and the Secretariat requested provincial , municipal and central party committees to urgently absorb the conclusions of the Politburo and its working groups to complete draft documents and well organize the party congresses for the 2025-2030 term as planned (to be completed in October 2025).

The Politburo and Secretariat also noted that in the congress agenda, adequate time should be spent to contribute opinions on the content of the draft documents of the Party Committee and the documents of the 14th National Party Congress (dividing into discussion groups, creating conditions for many delegates to contribute opinions).

At the same time, focus on reviewing and improving the quality of the action program to implement the Party Congress resolution, based on the Central Party's action program, specifying tasks and completion roadmap to organize implementation immediately after the congress; organize the congress solemnly, economically, anti-wastefully, without showing off.

The Politburo and the Secretariat also assigned the Party Central Committee Office to advise on and coordinate the schedule for organizing congresses of Party committees in accordance with the assignment of the Politburo and the Secretariat to direct in accordance with the set plan.

The Politburo and the Secretariat also reminded the sub-committees preparing for the 14th National Party Congress to review and deploy preparatory tasks to serve the organization of the congress as planned; advise, review, and supplement new orientations, and absorb opinions from congresses at all levels to complete the draft documents to be submitted to the 14th National Party Congress to report to the Politburo and the Party Central Committee, and collect opinions from National Assembly deputies and the people as planned; and prepare well the material facilities and ensure security and safety for the congress.

The Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission continues to step up direction and orientation of information and propaganda work to create unity of action within the Party and consensus in society to successfully organize Party congresses at all levels, the 14th National Party Congress and bring the congress resolutions into practice.
