At the conference, the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee announced the decision to transfer and appoint Mr. Tran Minh Thai, Secretary of Bao An Ward Party Committee, to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Secretary of Vinh Hai Commune Party Committee; Mr. Ho Xuan Ninh, Director of the Department of Industry and Trade, to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Secretary of Ninh Son Commune Party Committee; Mr. Tran Van Thong, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee, to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Secretary of Bao An Ward Party Committee.

Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Khac Toan presented decisions on transfer and appointment of officials.

Mobilize and appoint Mr. Ly Nguyen Nguyen Vu, Director of the Department of Justice, to hold the position of Chief of Office of the Provincial People's Committee; Mr. Nguyen Van Nhut, Party Secretary, Chairman of the People's Council of Ninh Son commune, to hold the position of Director of the Department of Industry and Trade; Mr. Tran Van Hieu, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee, to hold the position of Director of the Department of Justice; Mr. Le Pham Quoc Vinh, Chief of Office of the Provincial People's Committee, to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Construction.

Speaking at the conference, Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Secretary Nghiem Xuan Thanh congratulated the comrades who were newly mobilized, assigned, and appointed to new positions; at the same time, he hoped that when the Party, government, and people trust and assign tasks, each comrade in the position of leader must promptly grasp the specific work of his agency or unit to direct, operate, and excellently complete the tasks; in particular, focus on building and maintaining solidarity and unity within the organization to effectively promote creativity, collective strength, etc., to successfully carry out assigned tasks in the new situation.
