Provincial leaders visited and extended New Year greetings to units, localities and individuals in the province.

On the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2024, on January 30, comrade Nguyen Duc Thanh, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee visited, extended New Year greetings and encouraged the construction units of the North-South expressway section passing through the province and the road connecting the expressway with National Highway 1 and Ca Na general seaport. Accompanying were comrades: Tran Quoc Nam, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Tran Minh Nam, member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department.

At Km 61+00 of the North-South Expressway section through Thuan Bac district, constructed by Construction Investment Corporation 194, the Provincial Party Secretary visited and wished a Happy New Year to the engineers and workers working on the project. The Provincial Party Secretary emphasized: The North-South Expressway project through Ninh Thuan province is a national key traffic project, of great significance to the province's socio-economic development. He requested the unit to continue to make efforts to complete the construction on schedule, ensure the quality of the project, and contribute to the completion of the entire 71km Cam Lam - Vinh Hao Expressway, which will be put into operation from April 30.

At Nui Vung tunnel (Thuan Nam) constructed by Deo Ca Group, the Provincial Party Secretary commended the achievements that the unit has achieved in the past time, contributing significantly to accelerating the construction progress of the North - South expressway. This is one of the important items of the North - South expressway section passing through the province, therefore, the construction units need to concentrate highly, make efforts to overcome difficulties, accelerate the construction progress, and ensure the quality of the project.

Coming to check the progress and give Tet gifts, encourage workers constructing the road connecting the expressway with National Highway 1 and Ca Na general seaport, the Provincial Party Secretary expressed his joy at the progress that the unit has achieved. He hoped that the team of engineers and workers would continue to maintain the spirit of solidarity, compete in production and labor, and complete the assigned tasks well, contributing to the completion of the synchronous connection of regional traffic infrastructure, traffic connection between the North - South expressway with National Highway 1 and Ca Na general seaport.

At the place he visited, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee inquired about the health of the patients, encouraged them to try their best to treat and improve their health, and always be optimistic to overcome their illness soon. He asked the leadership and team of doctors and medical staff to further promote their roles and responsibilities, uphold the spirit of "a good doctor is like a mother" in treating and taking good care of patients; the Social Work Department of the Provincial General Hospital continued to promote its effectiveness, do more meaningful, practical, humane work, care, support, share, and encourage patients materially and spiritually, especially those in difficult circumstances and with serious illnesses.
