Accordingly, Long Duc 3 Industrial Park has an area of over 244 hectares, with an estimated investment capital for infrastructure construction of 1.6 trillion VND. Bau Can - Tan Hiep Industrial Park Phase 1 and Xuan Que - Song Nhan Industrial Park Phase 1 both have an area of 1,000 hectares and are located next to Long Thanh International Airport; These two industrial parks have an investment capital of about 9 trillion VND/area in technical infrastructure. At the meeting, representatives of the investors of the 3 industrial parks pointed out the difficulties and obstacles in the process of project implementation. In particular, they recommended that the province direct departments, branches and localities with projects to speed up the progress of compensation and site clearance so that the investors have a basis to start the project.

For the Long Duc 3 Industrial Park project, the investor is approved to invest in the Vu Hong Pho road project according to the approved design. For the Bau Can - Tan Hiep Industrial Park, the investor is approved to invest in the construction of the Phuoc Binh - Bau Can - Cam Duong road. For the Xuan Que - Song Nhan Industrial Park, it is necessary to soon build provincial road 770B connecting the Industrial Park. In addition, there are issues related to drainage infrastructure outside the Industrial Park boundary; power supply systems serving the Industrial Park when it comes into operation...

Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vo Tan Duc affirmed: These are important industrial parks that need to be deployed quickly. Provincial leaders have also held many meetings to direct, however, the progress of implementing tasks of departments, branches and localities is slow.

The provincial leaders requested the Provincial People's Committee Office to review and urge units that the provincial leaders have requested to implement but have not yet done so to strictly comply. In particular, they must proactively carry out the tasks of compensation and site clearance for the land area for the construction of industrial parks to hand over to investors.

In parallel, the issue of drainage outside the boundaries of industrial parks, transformer stations supplying electricity to industrial parks... must also be implemented synchronously. The commencement of the above industrial park projects at the end of the year is very necessary to meet the land lease needs of investors coming to Dong Nai.
