On February 28, there will be an incense offering ceremony by the delegation of Mong Cai province and city; the opening ceremony of Xa Tac temple 2025; the welcoming ceremony (bringing the Gods to spring), the anointing ceremony, the Xa Tac worship ceremony; the offering ceremony of items from communes, wards, agencies and units; the offering ceremony for sentient beings and the leaving ceremony. Xa Tac Temple is located on the banks of the Ka Long River bordering Vietnam - China, in Ward 3, Ka Long Ward, Mong Cai City. The temple was recognized as a provincial relic in 2005; ranked as a national relic in 2020.
