In the process of dismantling a transnational fraud ring led by TikToker Mr. Pips Pho Duc Nam and TikToker Mr. Hunter Le Khac Ngo, the police seized and froze assets worth about 5,200 billion VND.

Of these, there are 131 properties, including luxury apartments and townhouses. Notably, there are 2 luxury apartments in the center of Hanoi priced at 1 billion VND/m2.

Authorities also seized 36 handbags and wallets from famous and expensive brands in the world, such as a limited edition Himalayan albino crocodile leather bag, worth more than 5 billion VND; Hermac, Gucci, LV bags...

59 watches worth 300 billion VND from brands such as Cartier, Hublot, Patek Philippe, Richard Mille, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Omega (among them there are watches worth up to 1 million USD)... Gold-plated, diamond-studded Vertu phones.

Dozens of Bentley, Ferrari, Rolls-Royce car keys... belonging to fraudster Mr Pips were seized. Some of the keys were cast in solid gold and studded with diamonds.

Cau Giay District Police inspected the Rolls-Royce supercar.

The Rolls-Royce Cullinan with license plate 51K-433.33 that Pho Duc Nam often takes pictures with and posts on social networks to show off his wealth. The market price of this supercar is about 35-40 billion VND, depending on the version and configuration. Next to it is a Mercedes G63 car worth tens of billions of VND.

Lamborghini Urus has a rolling price of about 18 billion VND.

Several sports cars related to the case were also seized.

In addition to the cars, police also seized seven expensive motorcycles.

On social networks, TikToker Mr Pips said that his assets were from financial investments. From there, he called on and guided everyone to invest together to make a profit. Many people wanted to get rich quickly and become tycoons so they poured money into Pho Duc Nam's investment channels and were scammed and lost everything.

In the largest financial investment fraud case ever, the police prosecuted 31 defendants, of which 26 were prosecuted for Fraudulent Appropriation of Property, 3 for Money Laundering, 1 for Failure to Report a Crime, and 1 for Receiving Property Obtained by Another Person's Crime.

Currently, Pho Duc Nam has been arrested. As for Le Khac Ngo, the police determined that at the time of the case's arrest, this subject was abroad. Hanoi City Police have issued an international arrest warrant for Le Khac Ngo for fraud and property appropriation, and at the same time asked Ngo to turn himself in soon to receive leniency.

Hanoi City Police request that victims of fraud on websites and trading floors of Pho Duc Nam... report to the criminal police department of police in provinces and cities nationwide.
