'Lanterns light up dreams' for children in Tan Lap commune

On the afternoon of September 20, the Central Youth Union and the Central Council of Young Pioneers organized the Mid-Autumn Festival for children in 2025 with the theme "Lanterns light up dreams" with the participation of nearly 250 students and children at 2 locations of Thanh Bac A Primary School (Tan Lap commune, Tay Ninh province).

Representative of the Central Council of Young Pioneers (right) presented a symbolic board of Mid-Autumn gifts to children of Tan Lap commune to Tay Ninh Provincial Youth Union.

Attending the program were Secretary of the Central Youth Union, Chairman of the Central Council of Young Pioneers Nguyen Pham Duy Trang; Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and Chief of Office of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee Nguyen Tien Tan; Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union Tran Hai Phu.

The program was held live at Thanh Bac A Primary School and broadcast live on the social platforms of the Central Youth Union and the Central Council of Young Pioneers to children across the country.

Representatives of the Central Council of Young Pioneers and leaders of the Provincial Youth Union presented gifts to children in Tan Lap commune.

In a joyful and warm atmosphere, the Organizing Committee and accompanying units presented hundreds of gifts to the children, including 200 gifts and 500 cartons of fresh milk worth 168 million VND. In addition, the Organizing Committee coordinated with Tay Ninh Provincial Youth Union and Tan Lap Commune Youth Union to organize fun folk games, creating a safe and healthy playground for children on the occasion of the Mid-Autumn Festival.

Speaking at the program, Secretary of the Central Youth Union, Chairman of the Central Council of the Young Pioneers Nguyen Pham Duy Trang hoped that the Mid-Autumn Festival journey for children "Lanterns light up dreams" would not only bring joy but also special attention to the children living and studying in Tan Lap commune in particular and 248 communes in the border areas of the Fatherland in general with the message: The children are always cared for and looked after by the Party, the State and the whole society; the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and the Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneers will always accompany and create an environment for the children to study, practice, play and develop comprehensively.

Meaningful and warm Mid-Autumn Festival activities contribute to bringing a joyful Mid-Autumn Festival night to children in Tan Lap commune. This is an activity organized annually by the Central Council of the Young Pioneers to show the care and concern of the youth organization for children, helping them to be motivated to study, practice, become good team members, good students, worthy of the title of Uncle Ho's Good Children./.
