In addition, the Da Lat City Red Cross has ceased operations since July 1, leaving a gap in the mobilization of voluntary blood donors at this time. Similarly, when the District Red Cross is no longer active, there is a gap in the mobilization of voluntary blood donations in the localities.

Since the beginning of July, the Lam Dong Red Cross has mobilized less than 150 units of blood. According to the association, the risk of blood shortage for emergency and treatment of patients at hospitals in the area is very high.
