The North is about to welcome a strong cold spell, temperatures will drop sharply

(Dan Tri) - In the coming days, the Northern region, including Hanoi, will maintain cold weather at night and early morning, and sunny days; after that, the weather in the North will drop to the threshold of severe cold.

The Northern Delta and Midland Hydrometeorological Station forecasts that tonight and tomorrow morning (January 4), the weather in Hanoi and many places in the North will be cold, with some places being very cold.

By noon and afternoon tomorrow, the weather will gradually improve, dry; air humidity at 65-70%.

The above weather conditions in Hanoi and many places in the North will last until January 8. According to the hydrometeorological agency, after the above period, the Northern region will be affected by a strong cold air mass, combined with the activity of the upper-level westerly wind causing light rain, ending the dry period; the weather will be very cold.
