A deputy director of a department in Binh Dinh was accused of having a degree.

(Dan Tri) - The Chairman of Binh Dinh province requested verification of a collective complaint, which includes content related to the qualifications of a Deputy Director of the Department of Culture and Sports of this province.

On November 1, a private source of Dan Tri reporter said that, implementing the direction of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, the Chairman of Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Home Affairs to preside over and coordinate with the Provincial Inspectorate to verify and handle the denunciation of the collective of cadres, civil servants, and employees of the Traditional Martial Arts Center and the Sports Training and Competition Center (under the Department of Culture and Sports of Binh Dinh Province).

The Chairman of the People's Committee of Binh Dinh province assigned the Department of Home Affairs to preside over and coordinate with the Provincial Inspectorate and relevant agencies to inspect and verify the contents of the denunciation; report the results and propose the People's Committee of Binh Dinh province to consider and direct in accordance with the provisions of law, with the completion date before November 5.

Previously, a complaint signed by a group of officials, civil servants, and employees of the Traditional Martial Arts Center and the Provincial Sports Training and Competition Center was sent to the authorities and the press. The complaint had the signatures of many people but did not clearly state the names of the complainants.

The complaint focused on 5 issues: receiving salary without going to work; qualifications, appointment time and staff organization of the department are always ambiguous and difficult to understand; management and direction are not in accordance with principles, undemocratic, ambiguous, unclear; no social insurance but still demanding maternity benefits; activities of the Traditional Martial Arts Center, Sports Training and Competition Center have many shady things....

Notably, the complaint requested the authorities of Binh Dinh province to clarify the qualifications and appointment process of a Deputy Director of the Department of Culture and Sports of this province.

According to a leader of the Department of Culture and Sports of Binh Dinh province, this is an anonymous petition and contains many untrue contents. The Department has reported issues related to the content of the petition, under the direction of the leader of the People's Committee of Binh Dinh province. The case will be specifically reported and await the direction of the leader of the People's Committee of Binh Dinh province.
