A college in Ho Chi Minh City announced the standard score, many majors have 14-15 points.

On the afternoon of August 22, Bach Viet Polytechnic College announced the admission scores for the regular college program for candidates registering for admission on the Ministry of Education and Training's Admission Portal for the 2025-2026 school year.

According to the announcement, the benchmark scores for each industry range from 9 to 16 points depending on the industry.

Of which, the automotive industry has the lowest score of 9 points. The industries of information technology (web design, AI application), graphic design, hotel management, restaurant management - food service, pharmacy, nursing, have standard scores from 12 to 15.

The foreign language group has scores from 12 to 15 points. Of which, the Japanese economic and commercial translation major takes 15 points, the English major takes 12 points and the Chinese major is at 14 points.

Majors such as marketing, business administration (real estate, e-commerce), and public relations have standard scores ranging from 12 to 14 points.

Accounting is the major with the highest standard score of 16 points.

This is the first year that Bach Viet Polytechnic College in particular and colleges in general participate in the common admission system of the Ministry of Education and Training. The admission methods applied at Bach Viet Polytechnic College are method 100 (admission based on high school graduation exam results) and method 500 (admission combining provincial excellent student awards with high school graduation exam results).
