Bank auctions 340m2 of land in Hanoi for 952 million VND

Vietnam-Russia Joint Venture Bank (VRB) has just announced the auction of some assets in Hanoi with a starting price of 952 million VND. Accordingly, VRB announced the auction of land use rights and assets attached to the land at plot No. 10, map sheet No. 06, area of ^​​340m2 (address: Hanh Con village, Nam Phuong Tien commune, Chuong My district, Hanoi) with a starting price of 952 million VND.

Another asset announced by VRB for auction is the land use rights and assets attached to the land at plot No. 32, map No. 61 with an area of ^{​​1,366m2} , of which residential land is ^200m2 , garden land is ^1,166m2 . Address: Viet An village, Tan Tien commune, Chuong My district, Hanoi. The asset has a starting price of more than 2.5 billion VND. The origin of the asset is the seized asset to ensure the execution of the judgment of the Civil Judgment Enforcement Office of Chuong My district, Hanoi city.

Many assets are auctioned to recover debt.

Similarly, Vietinbank auctioned off the collateral assets of individual customers in Kien Giang worth several billion VND. For example, land use rights (LURs) and assets attached to land in An Phuoc hamlet, Binh An commune, Chau Thanh district, Kien Giang province with an area of ​​4,239.8 m² (of which rural residential land is 4,000 m², perennial crop land is 239.8 m²) with a starting price of 3.7 billion VND.
