On the afternoon of July 15, the coaching staff and U13 Song Lam Nghe An players returned to the Song Lam Nghe An Youth Football Training Center after winning the National U13 Youth Football Championship amid the warm welcome of many fans and parents.

Continuing the tradition of 10 championships with the spirit of hard work, the U13 Song Lam Nghe An team has excellently achieved the highest result at the 2024 National U13 Youth Football Championship.

Notably, in addition to the championship achievement, U13 Song Lam Nghe An also won the secondary awards: style award, best player, best goalkeeper and top scorer; 4 players were included in the list of typical lineup of the tournament.

Mr. Le Van Hung - Head coach of U13 Song Lam Nghe An team - shared: "To achieve a perfect record from the qualifying round to the final round and win the 11th championship of the team is thanks to the solidarity and intelligence of the team to overcome many difficulties; the care and support of fans and parents is the driving force contributing to the overall success of the team".

Mr. Bui Cong Vinh - Deputy Director of the Department of Culture and Sports of Nghe An province - praised the achievements of the coaching staff and the U13 Song Lam Nghe An players for adding to the achievements and football tradition of the province.

Affirming that the provincial leaders always pay attention to youth football training, Mr. Vinh hopes that today's young players will continue to practice and make more efforts to contribute to the province's football movement and be the cradle of training future national players.

On this occasion, the People's Committee of Nghe An province awarded 468 million VND for the championship achievement of U13 Song Lam Nghe An.

Recognizing the efforts of U13 Song Lam Nghe An at the tournament, giving wings and nurturing young talents of the province's football, Tan Long Group and the leaders of Song Lam Nghe An Club arranged and covered all expenses for the entire team to go to Japan for training, international competition and long-term experience at Mito Hollyhock Club.

On July 17, U13 Song Lam Nghe An will depart for a training trip, gaining valuable experience and accumulating more experience for the journey ahead.
