With a beautiful figure and sweet voice, Le Tham played the main role in many plays such as the Queen in The Warrior of Phu Tang , the mute mother in Silent Heart , Thuy in Song of the Soulmate , Tam in Tam Cam , Dao Tien in Dao Tien of Cat Mountain , Kieu Nguyet Nga in The Tale of Kieu , Mong Cam in The Love Story of the Moon-Selling Poet ...
In addition, Le Tham also participated in a number of roles in TV series such as Buffalo Wool Season, Love Slope, Love Vortex, Royal Candles...
Due to difficult family circumstances, when the Ho Chi Minh City Artists' Nursing Home was established in 1997, Le Tham was one of the first artists to live at the Nursing Home and she has lived here for decades, witnessing many changes here as well as the lives of many fellow artists in their final years.

In early 2023, due to the deterioration of the Artists' Nursing Home, the Ho Chi Minh City Theater Association coordinated with a number of departments and branches to propose moving the artists to a new residence at the Thi Nghe Nursing Center (Ho Chi Minh City) to conveniently care for elderly artists.
As planned, the artists at the Nursing Home were to move to their new homes before the Lunar New Year of the Dragon. However, because the artists wanted to welcome spring in their old home once again (where they had been attached for many years), the plan to move was postponed until after Tet.
However, artist Le Tham, one of the artists in the old house, was no longer allowed to go to the new house. On January 15, while walking in the Nursing Home, artist Le Tham fainted. After being taken to the emergency room at Hospital 115, Le Tham regained consciousness but was in poor health. Knowing her health condition, she asked to be taken to her relatives' house in Long An because that was where she had someone to take care of her.
According to relatives, at 9:15 a.m. on January 17, artist Le Tham passed away at the age of 87.
Her family held a funeral for her in Long An. Artist Le Tham's cremation was held at Da Phuoc Cemetery (Binh Chanh, Ho Chi Minh City).
