Czech beauty crowned Miss World 2023

The crowning moment of the Czech beauty.

The 71st Miss World 2023 final took place on the evening of March 9 with the participation of beauties from 112 countries and territories. The final night was held at the World Jio Convention Center, Mumbai, India with a capacity of more than 10,000 people.

Overcoming strong opponents, Krystyna Pyszkova from the Czech Republic was crowned the highest position. The Lebanese beauty was named runner-up. The remaining two positions in the top 4 were representatives from Trinidad & Tobago and Botswana.

Czech beauty becomes Miss World for the 71st time.

The new Miss World was born in 1999, is 1m81 tall and has an angelic face. She is a model, graduated with a degree in Law from Karl University, Prague and continued her studies for a Master of Business Administration at MCI Innsbruck, Austria.

Right from the first rounds, the beauty from the Czech Republic was the leading candidate for the crown.

During the final night, the beauty received a question about health: "What is one issue related to women's health care that you want to talk about?"

The new beauty queen confidently answered: " I will talk about the lack of empathy, especially for women from poor areas. They hesitate to talk about their own health and their own health. I want independent women to be bold and talk about this."

Mai Phuong is Vietnam’s representative at this year’s Miss World . In the final night, Mai Phuong was named in the top 40 thanks to her victory in the Multimedia Challenge, voted by the audience.
