According to information from the Hanoi Social Insurance, as of March, many big names in the real estate sector owe insurance (social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance...). Among them are famous companies such as Song Da, Vinaconex, Constrexim, FLC Group, which owe tens of billions of dong in social insurance.
Accordingly, Song Da 6 Company (Van Khe, Ha Dong) owes 44 months, with an amount of more than 20 billion VND; FLC Group (Cau Giay) owes 21 months, a total amount of more than 8 billion VND... Next is Vietnam Port and Infrastructure Construction Investment Joint Stock Company (house 1206, Building 17T2 Hoang Dao Thuy, Cau Giay) owes 102 months, a debt of more than 4 billion VND; Vinaconex Construction and Infrastructure Equipment Joint Stock Company (647 Pham Van Dong Street, Co Nhue 1, Bac Tu Liem) owes 143 months, a debt of more than 4 billion VND. Song Hong Petroleum One Member Co., Ltd. (Charmvit Building, 117 Tran Duy Hung, Cau Giay) owes 14 months, a debt of more than 4 billion VND. Constrexim Construction Investment Joint Stock Company (2nd floor, CT13 Hong Ha Ecocity project, Tu Hiep) owes 34 months, the amount of more than 3 billion VND.

In addition to the real estate sector, many businesses in other sectors owe insurance for a long time and in large amounts, such as: LILAMA 3 Joint Stock Company (No. 86, Tan Xuan Street, Xuan Dinh Ward, Bac Tu Liem) owes 110 months, the amount of more than 44 billion VND; Hanoi Construction Concrete Joint Stock Company (Thuy Phuong, Bac Tu Liem) owes 106 months, the amount of more than 14 billion VND. Toan Phat Construction Industry Joint Stock Company (3rd floor, building 101 Lang Ha, Dong Da) owes 152 months, the amount of more than 13 billion VND; Licogi Electrical and Water Installation Joint Stock Company (No. 1, lane 489, Nguyen Trai Street, Thanh Xuan, Hanoi) owes 104 months, the amount of more than 11 billion VND. Electricity, Water and Construction Installation Joint Stock Company 2 (1, Lane 199 Ho Tung Mau, Nam Tu Liem) owes 128 months, 11 billion VND. According to Hanoi Social Insurance, in the period 2016-2023, the whole country organized 115,791 inspections and checks at 179,415 units and businesses, thereby detecting and recommending to collect 23,790 billion VND to fund sources due to late payment and debt of social insurance payments... In February 2024, the city's Social Insurance conducted 157 inspections and checks; in the first 2 months of the year, 496 inspections were conducted (444 inspections issued decisions in 2023). After inspection and examination, the amount of money that the inspected and examined units paid to settle social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance debt was 39.7 billion VND (reaching 72.2%).
