At the first conference to commend typical advanced individuals for the period 2025 - 2030, the People's Committee and the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of An Phu commune commended 17 typical advanced individuals for the period 2020 - 2025.

In the period of 2020 - 2025, patriotic emulation movements were effectively implemented by the Party Committee, the government, the Fatherland Front and socio- political organizations of An Phu commune, closely following the political tasks. Thereby, creating a vibrant emulation atmosphere, attracting the active participation of the majority of people, contributing to the successful implementation of the task of local socio-economic development.

Deputy Head of the Emulation and Reward Committee (Department of Home Affairs of An Giang province) Ho Thi Ut Be and Party Secretary, Chairman of the People's Council of My Thoi ward Tran Minh Duc commended typical advanced collectives.

Recently, the Party Committee, government, Fatherland Front and associations and unions of My Thoi ward, An Giang province have organized and implemented extensive emulation movements in all areas of social life, which have received positive responses from all walks of life.

Over the past 5 years, the people of My Thoi ward have contributed to the construction of over 44 bridges, roads, public lighting systems, landslide repair works... with a total cost of over 18 billion VND from socialized sources. Up to now, the ward has maintained the criteria of a civilized urban ward, striving to become a typical ward in 2026 - 2027.

The People's Committee of Binh Son commune (An Giang province) organized the first conference to commend typical advanced individuals; summarize the patriotic emulation movement and reward work in the 2020-2025 period, and deploy directions and tasks for the 2025-2030 period.

On this occasion, the Prime Minister awarded certificates of merit to 3 individuals with achievements in education and training from the 2019-2020 school year to the 2023-2024 school year. The Chairman of Binh Son Commune People's Committee awarded certificates of merit to 4 collectives and 10 individuals with good achievements in implementing the patriotic emulation movement for the period 2020 - 2025; awarded certificates of merit to 4 individuals with outstanding achievements in verifying, arresting and mobilizing 2 dangerous wanted subjects to surrender.

Implementing the patriotic emulation movement for the period 2020 - 2025, Binh Son commune achieved a number of outstanding results: Organizing the ceremony to announce the achievement of new rural standards in 2022; mobilizing contributions to the fund for the poor of over 2 billion VND; mobilizing to donate 3,785 gifts on holidays and Tet with a total value of 1.35 billion VND; building 55 solidarity houses from the movement "The whole country joins hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses in 2025" with an implementation cost of over 3.29 billion VND, reaching 100% of the target assigned by the superiors...
