Responsibility, democracy
The Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee has closely and synchronously implemented the collection of opinions from the Youth Union members on the draft political report. The Youth Union chapters at all levels have organized many conferences, seminars, and thematic activities in a lively atmosphere, demonstrating the democratic spirit and responsibility of the youth.
Thereby, the Youth Union not only contributes ideas on issues directly related to themselves but also proposes practical issues related to the overall development of the province.

Many opinions suggested that the draft report should have more detailed and clear data, especially in the fields of digital transformation in education, health care, agriculture and administrative procedure reform, because these are fields closely related to people's lives.
In addition, there should be a comparison between the objectives and the results of the Resolution implementation in the past term, and at the same time, clearly indicating the reasons for the unachieved targets to facilitate evaluation and experience drawing. In particular, many Youth Union members proposed to specify vocational training solutions associated with practical needs, prioritizing tourism , high-tech agriculture, etc.
Mr. Nguyen Chi Hieu - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union - affirmed: The conferences are important forums for young people to express their thoughts and aspirations, and demonstrate their responsibility for the province's important political events. The Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee has directed the affiliated Youth Union and Association organizations to proactively organize seminars and thematic activities with the theme "Gia Lai Youth with the Party Congress", thereby gathering broad and multi-dimensional opinions.
Dedicated contributions
In the context of integration, young people have many opportunities to learn, but are also strongly influenced by complex trends and ideologies on cyberspace.
Worryingly, hostile forces are taking advantage of the internet to influence the beliefs and ideals of young people. Therefore, political and ideological education for young people needs to focus on strengthening political capacity, nurturing revolutionary ideals, arousing patriotism and the desire for innovation and creativity.
MSc. Nguyen Cong Chanh - Lecturer of the Party Building Faculty (Provincial Political School), member of the Provincial Young Theory Club - expressed his opinion: In section 1.1.1 (part VI on main tasks and solutions) of the draft political report, it is necessary to add content on strengthening dialogue and creating a forum for young union members to express their opinions and aspirations, in order to provide timely orientation.
On the other hand, it is necessary to develop political and ideological learning platforms to meet the requirements of the digital age; focus on educating digital citizenship awareness and social media behavior skills; and foster revolutionary traditions, national history and local culture for the young generation. Many grassroots youth union officials suggested paying attention to employment and entrepreneurship issues.
Ms. Phan Thi Yen - Secretary of Tuy Phuoc Bac Commune Youth Union - shared: Currently, the commune has 1,200 youth union members, of which about 30% have a need for vocational training to find jobs and start a business. The commune has the potential to develop community tourism associated with historical relics, traditional craft villages, and ecological landscapes; at the same time, agriculture is also shifting towards high-tech application.
However, local youth lack knowledge, vocational skills and have not yet grasped the trends of the labor market. I suggest that in section 3.4 (part VI on main tasks and solutions) of the draft political report, the content on employment and sustainable poverty reduction should further specify vocational training solutions, closely linked to market needs, especially in the fields of tourism and high-tech agriculture.

Sharing the same view, Ms. Bui Thanh Hoa - Secretary of the Dak Po Commune Youth Union - said that young people have many creative and innovative ideas, but when they start implementing them, they face barriers in terms of capital, management skills and support mechanisms. Therefore, the draft political report needs to add solutions to build more practical policies to support startups, suitable to the characteristics of each region.
She also proposed expanding policy dialogue channels so that young people, especially those in remote and ethnic minority areas, have the opportunity to express their aspirations and be accompanied in the development process.
