Dao Vien residential group has a traditional bronze casting profession, in the past the products were mainly simple, hand-cast worship items. Now thanks to the application of techniques and improved designs, local bronze casting products meet the increasing demands of customers. Mr. Nguyen Van Thanh's bronze handicraft production facility has pioneered the application of science and technology.

In Ninh Xa ward, there are nearly 100 enterprises, creating jobs for more than 7,000 workers. In the coming time, the ward will continue to review and adjust the planning to ensure consistency and synchronization, creating space for development; effectively carry out site clearance to attract investors to build commercial and service infrastructure. Many production facilities have products recognized as 3-star and 4-star OCOP. Comrade Pham Viet Cuong, Secretary of the residential group Party Cell, said: "The Bui Xa Nem Thinh craft village has been restored and developed, bringing a stable source of income to the people, contributing to bringing the average income per capita to nearly 100 million VND/year".

Accompanying businesses

With concerted efforts, Ninh Xa ward currently has nearly 100 enterprises, creating jobs for more than 7,000 workers. However, the development of small-scale industry, trade and services in the ward still faces some difficulties. The ward does not have concentrated industrial zones or clusters of craft villages; trade promotion, advertising and product consumption activities are still limited.

To overcome these difficulties, the Standing Committee of the Ward Party Committee issued Plan No. 06-KH/DU dated August 26, 2025 on private economic development, which sets out the goal of striving from 2026 to 2030, developing from 102 enterprises to 250 enterprises; the rate of small and medium enterprises participating in digital transformation applying digital technology in operation, management, production and business on e-commerce platforms reaches at least 80%. Attracting enterprises to operate in Thuan Thanh I Industrial Park, investing in infrastructure for urban development; attracting small and medium enterprises to invest in developing the private economy, trade and services. Improving the activities of traditional craft village enterprises, developing tourism. Strive for the economic structure of the industrial, handicraft, trade and service sectors to account for 88%.
