Mr. Phung Quang Dung - Chairman of Vinh Phuc Farmers' Association said: Since 2017, Vinh Phuc Farmers' Association has launched the emulation movement "Vinh Phuc farmers for a safe and sustainable agriculture; green - clean - beautiful rural environment" to all cadres and members.
With the strong spread of the movement, in the period of 2017 - 2023, the whole province has more than 96,000 member households signing a commitment to limit the use of antibiotics in livestock, poultry and aquaculture; more than 157,000 member households committed to collecting waste in the right place; more than 93,000 member households participated in the activities of Vinh Phuc Farmers' Day for the environment.

Not only that, the movement has seen many good models and creative ways of doing things in the association at all levels such as: The model of cleaning from house to alley, from alley to house of the Farmers' Association of Vinh Tuong district; the 3T model (saving, recycling, reusing) of the Farmers' Association of Vinh Yen city; the model of responding to Green Sunday of the Farmers' Association of Phuc Yen city; the model of building flower roads of 11 farmers' associations of Lien Chau commune, Yen Lac district...
Farmers' Associations at all levels have built many safe agricultural production models of associated farmer groups such as production and aiming to build a brand for Vinh Phuc organic vegetables. These include a 5-hectare safe agricultural production model of a group of farmers in Dinh Trung ward, Vinh Yen city; a biosafety pig farming chain in Nguyet Duc commune, Yen Lac district; a model of growing green asparagus according to VietGAP process, ecotourism in Ngoc Thanh commune, Phuc Yen city; "4 no - 2 clean" livestock farming in Lang Cong commune, Song Lo district...
Many models contributing to improving and protecting the rural environment have been built and effectively maintained by Farmers' Associations at all levels in the province, such as: "3 green - 3 clean - 3 beautiful" residential community model in Don Nhan commune, Song Lo district; self-managed farmer roads in Hop Chau, Tam Quan, Dai Dinh communes and towns, Tam Dao district, Hoang Hoa commune, Tam Duong district; forming more than 100 waste collection and treatment teams in branches and groups.
In the coming time, the Farmers' Association of Vinh Phuc province will continue to promote propaganda and mobilize members to raise awareness and responsibility for food safety and hygiene, protect the rural environment; apply safe agricultural production measures, not use banned substances in livestock breeding, cultivation, not use banned substances in food preservation and processing...
At the same time, mobilize and guide members to participate in activities to improve and protect the rural environment, gradually forming habits and a sense of responsibility in classifying and treating waste at home, in residential groups and residential areas, helping to protect the green - clean - beautiful environment.
