(Dan Tri) - An 11th grade female student in Nghe An went to a meeting place to "talk" and was beaten by 6 12th grade female students and had to be hospitalized.

On the evening of March 27, Mr. Cao Thanh Bao, Principal of Ha Huy Tap High School (Vinh city, Nghe An), said that student THMN (student of class 11D6) is being treated in the hospital and his health is gradually stabilizing.

N. was taken to the hospital by her family after being beaten by a group of female students from the same school.

According to information provided by Mr. Bao, due to a small conflict at school, at noon on March 26, PTTL (class 12D5) made an appointment with N. to come to a location in Vinh Tan ward (Vinh city) to resolve the matter. At the meeting place, besides L., there were 5 other people.

Student N. was attacked by female student L. and 5 friends, resulting in facial injuries.

"The incident happened outside the school, but upon receiving the information, the school coordinated with N.'s parents to encourage him to rest assured about his treatment so that he can quickly recover his health and mentality.

The school has also invited the parents of the students involved to work and asked them to write a report. For now, the school has temporarily suspended 6 12th grade students to coordinate with the police to clarify the incident," Mr. Cao Thanh Bao informed.

Mr. Nguyen Trong Hoan, Chief of Office of Nghe An Department of Education and Training, said that he has grasped information about the incident and is asking the Board of Directors of Ha Huy Tap High School to report specifically.

Nghe An Department of Education and Training requested the Board of Directors of Ha Huy Tap High School to first focus on working with the family and medical facilities to care for and treat injuries (if any) for N., and encourage this female student to quickly stabilize her mental state.

Regarding the group of female students who committed violent acts, even outside the school grounds, the Nghe An Department of Education and Training requested Ha Huy Tap High School to coordinate with the police to clarify the incident in order to have appropriate handling, with deterrence and education.
