I am very happy when director Le Hai Yen - general director of the program "The River Tells Stories" season 2 with the theme "The Legendary Train" invited me to participate in the great outdoor musical as a narrator".

The show will recreate and honor the heroic history of the Saigon River through the story of the trains. The show will combine elements of cinema, music and ballet... taking place on the evening of May 31 at Nha Rong Khanh Hoi - Saigon Port. This is a grand outdoor musical consisting of 5 chapters. This year's festival continues to affirm the tourism brand of Ho Chi Minh City as a unique river city and strengthens the connection with the Southeast provinces.

According to Meritorious Teacher Manh Dung, the program's producers spent more than 6 months researching historical materials to produce the show with more than 1,000 actors and 9,000 live attendees.

It is known that the Organizing Committee is giving away free tickets to the musical "Legendary Train" to those who register early. The show starts from 8:00 PM to 9:30 PM.

The program is open free of charge to residents and visitors who register through the official website of the City Tourism Promotion Center and comply with the program participation requirements.

Attendees are required to register in advance and provide complete and accurate personal information to ensure security at Saigon Port in District 4 - the location of the program. When attending, visitors need to bring their ID card or passport to verify information.

Each ticket is for one person only and does not include children. In case of non-compliance with the instructions, the organizers reserve the right to refuse entry to the program.

At the ticket control area, visitors need to present a valid QR code received via email (for online registration) or invitation letter, valid invitation ticket and be present to check in before 7:00 p.m. on May 31 at the correct entrance gate location stated on the ticket.

Visitors with free tickets to the show will enter gate number 157 Nguyen Tat Thanh, District 4.

The Ho Chi Minh City Department of Tourism said that visitors who did not have time to register for free tickets can watch the show on LED screens at two public locations: Thu Duc Riverside Park and Nguyen Hue walking street.

In addition to the grand opening night musical, the second Ho Chi Minh City River Festival will have 22 activities related to rivers and canals such as water sports , river parades, a space recreating the floating market of the West, and a fruit week on the wharf and on the boat.
