Mr. Le Quang Manh holds the position of Permanent Deputy Head of the National Assembly Office. Meanwhile, Deputy Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission Nguyen Huu Dong holds the position of Permanent Deputy Head of the National Assembly Delegation Affairs Committee.

On the afternoon of September 29, the Standing Committee of the National Assembly Party Committee and the National Assembly Standing Committee held a conference to review and decide on personnel work.

Accordingly, based on the Law on Organization of the National Assembly and relevant legal provisions; based on the opinions of competent authorities;

Pursuant to the report of the Secretary General of the National Assembly - Head of the Office of the National Assembly and the report of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly Delegation Affairs, the Standing Committee of the National Assembly passed a resolution on the transfer and appointment of Mr. Le Quang Manh - Member of the Party Central Committee, Member of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly, Permanent Deputy Head of the Economic and Financial Committee of the National Assembly - to hold the position of Permanent Deputy Head of the Office of the National Assembly.

Assign Mr. Le Quang Manh to direct and manage the activities of the National Assembly Office, perform the duties of Secretary General of the National Assembly - Head of the National Assembly Office until the position of Secretary General of the National Assembly - Head of the National Assembly Office is completed.

Also at the conference, the National Assembly Standing Committee issued a resolution on the transfer and approval of Mr. Nguyen Huu Dong - Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission - to hold the position of Permanent Deputy Head of the Delegation Affairs Committee of the 15th National Assembly.

Mr. Le Quang Manh was born in 1974, in My Duc, Hanoi. He is a doctor of economics and has a high level of political theory.

Mr. Le Quang Manh held many positions at the Ministry of Planning and Investment from 2003 to 2018, and was appointed by the Prime Minister as Deputy Minister of Planning and Investment in 2018.

After that, he was Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Can Tho City. From October 2020, he held the position of Secretary of the City Party Committee. In 2021, at the 13th National Party Congress, he was elected as a member of the 13th Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Can Tho City Party Committee; elected as a delegate to the 15th National Assembly and Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Can Tho City.

In May 2023, he was elected as a member of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly and Chairman of the Finance and Budget Committee of the 15th National Assembly.

Since February 2025, he has been a member of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly, Permanent Deputy Chairman of the Economic and Financial Committee of the National Assembly.

Mr. Nguyen Huu Dong was born in 1972, from Phu Tho, has a master's degree in business administration and a bachelor's degree in law.

He was a member of the Party Central Committee for two terms (XII - alternate, XIII), and a delegate to the XV National Assembly.

Mr. Nguyen Huu Dong worked in the Phu Tho provincial prosecutor's office for nearly 9 years.

After that, he held many positions in Phu Tho province such as Permanent Deputy Head of the Phu Tho Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee, Chairman of Yen Lap District People's Committee, Head of the Phu Tho Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee.

In October 2015, he became Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, then Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Phu Tho Provincial Party Committee.

In March 2016, he was transferred to Son La and held the position of Deputy Secretary of Son La Provincial Party Committee.

After that, he was approved by the Politburo to hold the position of Secretary of Son La Provincial Party Committee.

At the 15th Son La Provincial Party Congress in September 2020, he was elected to hold the position of Secretary of the Son La Provincial Party Committee.

In June 2024, he was mobilized and appointed by the Politburo to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission.
