That was the assessment of Mr. Phan Dinh Trac, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission, when giving a speech at the first Congress of Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030, held on September 30.

However, according to Mr. Phan Dinh Trac, this is also a big challenge, requiring the Dong Nai Party Committee to have a strategic vision, high political determination, drastic actions and synchronous and effective implementation.

Regarding the political report of the Dong Nai Party Committee, the Head of the Central Internal Affairs Committee said that he was very pleased that Dong Nai put the task of building and rectifying the Party and the political system, including building a team of cadres, first. This is a very valuable lesson of Dong Nai (old) in the recent past.

He noted that Dong Nai must focus on building a team of cadres at all levels, especially leaders and managers, first of all, truly exemplary leaders, strongly innovating working style and manners, having heart, vision, and a desire to contribute; daring to face difficulties and challenges, daring to think, daring to do, daring to take responsibility, daring to innovate for the common good; saying what you do, doing what you say, knowing how to turn difficulties into motivation, turning challenges into aspirations to rise up. With new baggage comes new thinking, new vision, new knowledge, new determination and drastic action.

Regarding the two-level local government model, the Head of the Central Internal Affairs Committee requested Dong Nai to focus on leadership and direction so that the two-level local government model operates smoothly and effectively; is truly honest, close to the people, and improves the quality of service to the people. All requests from the people must be handled and resolved from the grassroots level.
