Specifically, speaking with Tuoi Tre Online , the leader of District 1 People's Committee said that the district has just decided to administratively fine Ms. HTAD (owner of Mina Dating Cafe) 3.5 million VND for the error of signing an unwritten labor contract with an employee doing a job with a term of 1 month or more;

12.5 million VND for operating a food service business without a certificate of food safety; 2.25 million VND for not organizing training and fostering fire prevention and fighting and rescue skills as prescribed.

Previously, on June 2, a social media post about a "pairing" dating cafe in Ben Thanh Ward, District 1 caused a stir in public opinion. According to the post, the cafe is divided into two rooms. In which, the men stay in the black room and the women in the white room. The two sides will not see each other and have 5 minutes to chat to decide whether to "pair" or not.

The post on social media also said that in reality, the shop uses one-way glass, so the women can see the mirror while the men can see the women.

In particular, the men's seats are arranged much lower and the view is placed right below the women sitting on the other side.

Based on the above public opinions, Ben Thanh Ward People's Committee inspected the above coffee shop and worked with related people.

The leader of this ward said that basically, the signs as some news sites and social networks stated that the locality has not detected any violations, however, the business establishment has some administrative violations.
