Approving the results of the assessment and ranking of the digital transformation level of state agencies of Ninh Binh province in 2022

Recently, the Provincial People's Committee issued a Decision approving the results of assessment and ranking the level of digital transformation of State agencies of Ninh Binh province in 2022.

Accordingly, State agencies at the department and branch levels are assessed with 6 component indexes: digital awareness; digital institutions; digital infrastructure; digital human resources; network information security and digital transformation activities. State agencies at the district level are assessed with 8 component indexes: digital awareness; digital institutions; digital infrastructure; digital human resources; network information security; digital government activities; digital economy ; digital society.

Results: Regarding the ranking of digital transformation of State agencies at the department and sector level: Department of Education and Training ranked first, followed by Department of Information and Communications, and Department of Finance ranked third. For district-level State agencies: Ninh Binh City People's Committee ranked first, followed by Tam Diep City People's Committee and Nho Quan District People's Committee ranked third.

The results of the assessment and ranking of digital transformation of state agencies in Ninh Binh province in 2022 are a measure to help units know their level of digital transformation, thereby having more effective implementation solutions in the coming time.
